This new Mix-pump station is perfect made for building sites with a
low amount of space and headroom. (E.g. tunnel)

The innovative advantage by this version of the MPS is the mobile
injection pump. It is an independent assembly, removable and
also separately deployable.

For now the MPS 80 is only as a basic version available but the fully
automated version is coming up soon.

The compact container has been optimised for customers who utilise CSM (cutter soil mixing), WSM (wet speed mixing) single, twin or triplemix soil mixing processes. It is also suitable for high-speed work in further areas of application such as thin wall, pile driving and vibration work, injection boring.

The option to drive the machinery with either a diesel generator or external supply allows you to remain flexible and you will have no difficulty in utilising the machinery on construction sites without power supplies. When working on construction sites equipped with a suitable CEE-400V 5-pin supply, it is possible to dispense with using the generator.

The Mix-Pump-Container is also available without generator, although with a complete diesel hydraulic drive. The installed high pressure pump can also be replaced with an alternative pump type in accordance with customer wishes. (e.g. the Triplex high pressure pump HDP 400 and many others)
